“I have been teaching Pilates for 12 years and many of my students have been attending for almost as long. Teaching Pilates full time in a class setting or to individuals has proved to be both fascinating and rewarding. Every client has a different goal and everybody’s body works differently.

I enjoy the challenge of helping clients achieve their aims through Pilates – these aims may be to produce a leaner, more toned or more supple body, or to help prevent injury in the future. Seeing people go from strength to strength as they discover and master different levels of Pilates exercise, and hearing how Pilates helps manage back pain, improves sporting activity, or promotes wellbeing, is hugely satisfying.”
