Mindful Mondays with Sally
Sally is a passionate Menoyoga® & Yin yoga teacher who loves to share the benefits of Yoga with others. Sally delights in being able to give others the tools to equip themselves to live their best lives both on and off the mat!
A gentle, slow restorative yoga flow with mindful movement, Pranayama and Yin. This class is for all abilities and those needing to calm, reset and reconnect the body and mind. Ideal for those experiencing the transitional time of perimenopause, menopause and hormonal changes. Ending with a deep relaxing Savasana to honour the female cycle.

Rosie’s Barre
Having originally trained to teach Lotte Berk (viewed by many as the original barre), Rosie’s classes focus strongly on technique and her commitment to ensuring that her clients maintain good posture and alignment throughout. Rosie will teach you how to target muscles you never knew you had, helping you achieve the strongest, leanest version of yourself.
With over 11 years experience of teaching Lotte and Barre at Esse, Rosie has a loyal client base, and teaches beginners and seasoned barre goers alike. Using her extensive range of exercises and great playlists, you will leave Rosie’s class walking taller, feeling energised and knowing that you have challenged your body and worked hard.

Barre with Sarah
Sarah has a soft and patient nature and teaches a precise class with a gentle approach. She gives emphasis to procuring an accurate barre technique, with each exercise carefully designed to maximise core strength, cultivate strong dynamic and static posture, and to elongate and shape the limbs. Her students are encouraged to focus on intentional movement where the mind and body truly connect.
Sarah has a Jazz ballet background and a love of music which she reflects in her creative teaching methods and motivating classes. Sarah has been part of the Esse barre team for nearly two years.

Liv is passionate about helping others find their strength, understand and overcome their own struggles through mindfulness, movement and the breath. Creating feelings of safety and support within her sessions are a main priority for Liv, she loves encouraging others to embrace and accept themselves exactly as they are.

(Body) Pump is a class designed to improve your body strength and burn fat. It is a low weight, high repetition, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It is suitable for everyone. If you are new to weight training, the difficulty can be easily adapted by starting with lower weights on the bar. This group class will help you achieve much more than if you were training on your own.
BODY RESET
WEDNESDAYS ~ 9:30 - 10:30 AM
A full body strength workout that focuses on toning your legs, glutes, arms and core. This class is designed to fix movement compensations and imbalance of the muscles by using resistance bands, lighter weight, and your own body weight. The exercises can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and ability, no prior experience is necessary.
